What we do

Every etailer handled. Every key tracked.

Bundles, special deals and etailers reach players Steam alone doesn't. They also bring a steady stream of key requests, and bundle keys that turn up on the gray market. We handle the requests, run your retail discounts and close the leak.

  • Bundles without the gray-market tail.

    We generate a separate batch of keys for every bundle or special deal. When the bundle's redemption window closes, with your go-ahead, we revoke the keys nobody activated, so stockpiled keys stop working before they can be resold. Keys your players already activated stay untouched.

  • Every key traceable to its deal

    We tag every batch we generate, so each etailer and each bundle gets keys you can tell apart. That's what lets us revoke one bundle's leftover keys without touching anyone else's, and it keeps activations traceable to the deal they came from. We report how each batch performed, and which etailers and bundles are worth another round.

  • Retail promotions, with your approval

    Etailers plan promotions around their own calendars. We bring you the ones they propose, ask for extra slots when it pays, and get the ones you approve set up.

  • Your team gets the hours back

    Etailers keep their own stock of your keys and ask for more as it runs low. Each restock means a separate Steam request per package and a day or two of waiting. We handle all of it, and the person who used to chase etailers gets back to the work you hired them for.

Bundles and special deals

The gray market's least favorite service.

Gray-market sellers buy bundles in bulk, hold on to the keys and resell them below your list price, at your etailers' expense. We give every deal its own batch of keys, and when the deal's redemption window closes, with your go-ahead, we revoke the ones nobody activated.

We revoke only keys nobody activated, only with your go-ahead, and only for bundles and special deals whose terms set a redemption window.
